1. Who is responsible
MGE Labs and mgequant.com are operated by Maricel Enojerto, a sole proprietor in British Columbia, Canada, doing business as MGEQuant ("MGEQuant", "we", "us"). Our mailing address and phone number will be published here before paid plans open. Contact: support@mgequant.com, or the Support page inside MGE Labs. The same address handles privacy questions and requests.
2. What we collect, and why

The MGE AI Desk sends market data and prompts from your computer directly to the AI provider you choose, under your own key and that provider's privacy terms. We do not receive the AI provider's traffic.
3. Cookies and similar technology
MGE Labs uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in (up to 30 days). Your browser also stores a few preferences on your own device (for example sound and theme). There are no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. mgequant.com itself sets no cookies.
4. Who processes data for us

These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, under their own safeguards. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.
5. How long we keep it
- Account, journal and AI Desk data: while your account exists. After a subscription ends, your journal stays available read-only until you ask us to delete the account.
- Billing records: as long as tax law requires (in Canada, generally six years).
- Security records such as sign-in attempt counts: short periods only.
- Deleting your account removes your account, journal and AI Desk data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, export your trades (also available any time as CSV), and withdraw consent to optional emails. Write to support@mgequant.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia. If you live in the EU or UK, you may also contact your local data-protection authority.
7. Security
Passwords and recovery codes are hashed, sensitive secrets are encrypted, connections use HTTPS, and two-step sign-in is available for every account. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Children
MGE Labs is not for anyone under 18 or under the age of majority where they live.
9. Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date, and email account holders about material changes.
