New subscriptions start with 7 days free. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your billing page or the payment provider's receipt. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then does not renew. Your journal stays readable and exportable after that.
Refunds

| Monthly | Monthly payments are not refunded, in full or in part, once the free trial has ended. The trial is there to try MGE Labs first. |
| Yearly | Full refund if you ask within 14 days of a yearly charge (the first purchase or a renewal). After 14 days, no refund; access continues to the end of the year. |
| Any plan | Duplicate charges, charges made after you cancelled, and charges made in error are always refunded. |
Refunds are never given for trading results, gains or losses, live or simulated, or for AI provider, broker, data-feed or prop-firm fees, which are paid to those companies.
How to ask
Email support@mgequant.com or use the Support page in MGE Labs with the email on your account and your order reference. We reply within 2 business days. Where your payment provider is the merchant of record, it issues the refund and may process your request directly under its own buyer terms. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; most issues are solved quickly. If a payment is disputed, access may be paused while the dispute is open.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer protection law of the place you live.
